- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping in Ecuador
* Estimated time: 2 to 3 business days.
* Shipping costs according to the table shown on the page.
International Shipping
* We ship worldwide using certified courier services.
* Estimated time: 4 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
* The customer is responsible for any taxes, fees, or customs duties in the destination country.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external courier services.
- Return and Exchange Policies
Returns (Ecuador and International)
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the product only if:
* The product arrives defective or damaged.
* The product received does not correspond to the one requested.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories.
We do not accept returns for:
* Damage due to misuse.
* Natural variations inherent in handmade products.
* Subjective reasons such as “it was not what I expected” in handmade products.
Refunds
The refund will be made to the customer’s original payment method once the returned product has been reviewed. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the bank or service used.
